The only show like it in the Pacific Northwest, the holiday festival is a quaint Victorian village tended by Victorian clad shopkeepers. The must-see extravaganza is complemented by free professional entertainment and strolling musicians, incredible shopping, numerous how-to-events, a wine garden, and a wealth of family activities.

The Singing Nativity: Sponsored by VCC and Spirit 105.3, more than 100 performers share new holiday anthems and classic Christmas carols in this retelling of the birth of Christ in the amazing show.

Dates and information
A Victorian Country Christmas runs Dec. 4-8 at the Washington State Fairgrounds and Exhibition Center, 110 Ninth Ave. S.W., in Puyallup (directions, www.thefair.com). Hours are 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Wednesday and Thursday; 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., Friday and Saturday; and Sunday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Parking is free at designated Washington State Fairgrounds parking lots.
Admission is $10 for adults; $8 for seniors 62 and over and juniors 6-17. Children 5 and younger are free with an adult. Military personnel are $7 with ID.
Two dollar discount coupons off the $10 admission price Wednesday-Friday are available at all participating Tacoma Boys and KeyBank locations in Western Washington.
