Annual ‘Cops vs. Teachers’ Game to Benefit Baby Casen

The March 27 event featuring local law enforcement agencies from Puyallup, Lakewood, Bonney Lake and elsewhere will benefit his medical treatment.

When local law enforcement agencies take on Puyallup teachers and school administrators in the fourth annual Cops vs. Teachers charity basketball game Wednesday, it will be to help one of the community’s youngest members.

The event hosted by the Community Service Club at Ferrucci Junior High on March 27 will benefit 1-year-old Casen Buswell, who has a rare medical condition and will be headed to Belgium for treatment.

Casen is the son of Puyallup teacher Jenna Buswell.
