Downtown Puyallup bustled on Halloween afternoon as goblins, princesses, comic book heroes and fairy tale characters stopped by storefronts to trick-or-treat during Trick Or Treat Boo-allup.
Business owners and employees got into the spirit of Halloween by dressing up, decorating their stores and handing out candy in the annual event, sponsored by the Puyallup Main Street Association.
