When Puyallup says the show must go on, rain or shine, it really means it!

Thousands convened downtown to watch the 80th Annual Grand Floral Festival Parade on Saturday, April 13 and endured the wind and rain with umbrellas, ponchos, blankets and hot cocoa.

"Welcome to Puyallup!" One boy called out to the drenched riders on horseback, decked out in Hawaiian gear.
