5th Ave. NW/NE, west of N. Meridian to 2nd St. NW., is only open to local residents. At 5th Ave. NE, east of N. Meridian to the bypass, the road is closed to all traffic.
Crews are making improvements to the sewer system. Residents nearby are asked to limit water usage in dishwashers, toilets, washing machines and showers, as it adds to the sewer line.
