New Year's Day: What's Open, What's Closed in Puyallup?

Here's a handy list of which public offices and services are closed or delayed in Puyallup for New Year's Day.

Here's a quick look at what public buildings will be closed when:

Puyallup and South Hill branches of the Pierce County Library

  • The library will close early on Monday, Dec. 31, at 6 p.m. and remain closed through Tuesday, Jan. 1.

Puyallup School District

  • The Puyallup schools district office will be closed Tuesday, Jan. 1.
  • School resumes Thurs., Jan. 3, 2013.

Postal Service

  • Puyallup Post Offices will be closed on Tuesday in observance of the holiday.
