We invite those who would like to join us to a candle light vigil in honor of the children and teachers who were killed at Sandy Hook elementary school. As a community, we came together last year through the tragic murders of Charlie & Braden Powell. We will meet outside of Carson Elementary to light candles, say a prayer, read the names of the lives lost and have a moment of silence to honor these families. Candles will be provided and green & white ribbons (Sandy Hook school colors) will be given out. We also invite anyone to drop off cards or notes for the families and/or first responders. TEARS east coast chapters will be delivering them to CT.
