Holiday Market, Lighted Santa Parade and Tree Lighting this Saturday

Downtown Puyallup is the place to be this Saturday to celebrate the holiday season.

Sometimes, just a glimpse of Santa, a sip of hot chocolate and the sounds of holiday carols are just enough to make Christmas come early.

This Saturday, the holiday season officially kicks off in Puyallup with a vendor Holiday Market, Lighted Santa Parade and Holiday Tree Lighting. Read more about the behind-the-scenes action in the Puyallup Herald.

Holiday Market

The Holiday Market will be located in Pioneer Park Pavilion and will be open from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. The Holiday Market will feature unique holiday gift items from over 40 vendors, holiday home decor and specialty food items.

Lighted Santa Parade

Welcome Santa to Puyallup and see him ride into town on a shiny red fire engine! The parade has over 100 participants this year, including over 20 local scout troops! The parade kicks off at 5 p.m.

Holiday Tree Lighting

The Tree Lighting will begin promptly after the parade at Pioneer Park. Central Pierce Fire and Rescue will also be sponsoring free photos with Santa on the Rotary Stage after the event.

Check out the attached map for street closure information during the event.
