The new Bob's Burger & Brew will have 6,100 square feet building, which plans to offer a 48-seat banquet room and a dining patio. Here are two things of note for South Hill diners. First, the restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Second, the restaurant caters to kids and families. Franchise owner Jeff Roberts owns the rights to Pierce County and he said he has plans to expand elsewhere in the county.
