I Did It!

Hello and welcome to my blog! My name is Amy, I'm 46 years into life, I'm happily bound to a wonderful man, am a fabulous mother and Nana, and, as you can tell, modest above all else. I am by no stretch of the imagination "Just A Stay At Home Mom"; I am/have been: a daughter, a step daughter, a sister, a baby sister, an Aunt, a teen mom, a single mom, a homeless mom, the mother of a daughter, a mother to a son, a mother of a typically developing child and a mother of a special needs child. I've been a student and a teacher. I've been unemployed, underemployed, the CEO of my own company and a volunteer. I've been a country kid, a city girl, an apartment dweller and I've known the joys of living in a private home, though I've never actually owned my own home. I'm a shopper, seller, trader and creator. I'm a pet owner and an amateur animal behaviorist. I've been beyond broke and I've lived comfortably. I've known true love and the deepest heartbreak. I'm outspoken, honest, funny, smart, and strong willed. I know people from all walks of life and am looking forward to meeting more through this blog!
