The second man lied about his name initially but eventually came clean where it was learned he had a felony DOC Escape Community Custody warrant reference a Trafficking Stolen Property conviction. The first man also had a Pierce County warrant for Attempted Trafficking Stolen Property.

There was nothing missing according to the homeowner, but the door was open and the man was not known to the homeowner. He had a “shank” in his pocket, a pair of pliers, a flashlight and screwdriver. He was arrested for trespass, possession of burglary tools, possession of a dangerous weapon and carrying prescriptions not in their container.
