Rob McKenna Celebrates End of Campaign Tour in Puyallup

Puyallup was the final leg of gubernatorial candidate Rob McKenna's election speaking tour that took him across the state in an RV. McKenna spoke to supporters about his strengths as a candidate and the power of the vote.

Just days before the election, Republican gubernatorial candidate Rob McKenna met with supporters Sunday night outside his Pierce County election headquarters in Puyallup.

It was the final leg of his eight-day RV tour across Washington that kicked off in Bellevue and took McKenna to every corner of the state, from Aberdeen to Pullman. The tour ended Sunday in Puyallup at McKenna’s Pierce County election headquarters at Bill Riley’s real estate office on 38th Ave. SW.

About 150 supporters gathered outside the offices to hear McKenna speak about the importance of reaching out to independent voters in the final days leading up to the election and to celebrate the amount of support McKenna has received thus far, from county and state leader support to media endorsements.
