Meet a Princess: McKenna Erhardt, Rogers High School

Meet Daffodil Princess McKenna Erhardt, a senior at Gov. John R. Rogers High School in Puyallup.

The Daffodil Festival is more than just a parade, and the young women who represent their high schools as Princesses were selected for their future ambitions and passion for community service. Now, they are recognized as official ambassadors of Pierce County.

Name: McKenna Erhardt

 Age: 17

 School: Gov. John R. Rogers

Grade: Senior

What accomplishments brought you to the Daffodil Festival? My academic excellence and involvement in the community are some of the accomplishments that brought me to the Daffodil Festival.

What are your future plans? This fall I will attended either Grand Canyon University or Pacific Lutheran University to become a registered nurse and work in pediatric in-patient care.

Who is someone you admire? I admire my mother because she has been a strong female role model in my life who has helped shape me into the person I am today.

In 10 years I will be... a wife, mother, and a nurse who is invested in her community.

One of my hidden talents is... I can sing every word of every Taylor Swift song ever, on command. But I can't guarantee that it will be on key!
